All our products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not delighted with your Double Down CBD purchase, simply return the original unused portion of the product in its original packaging. For a full refund of product price returns need to be received before 30 days of purchase date. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Product must be returned to receive a refund. Once product is received a refund will be issued. One product return per customer only.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. EMAIL US
Please send an email to Customer Support that includes a receipt denoting the Double Down product along with their complete name, address, email and phone number. If paid via credit card please provide the number and expiration date on the return.
2. Receive an RMA #
You will receive an authorized RMA number via email to return the product back to Double Down CBD for a refund referencing the authorized RMA number provided.
An authorized RMA number must be included on the return for refund.
3. SEND IT BACK
